Kine-ie Yashichi (IV) was the founder of shamisen Bunka-Fu.
Established Kine-ie Yashichi Shamisen Jo-juku (Women's Supplementary School).
Unlike traditional private lesson system, she re-arranged to the alternative
group lessons by using Bunka-Fu and raised a lot of SHIHAN-NATORI (highest
rank Natori).
Moreover, strove to expand thousands of shamisen enthusiasts in all over
Japan and holding "Shamisen Chair" through the NHK radio broadcast.
